Who can enter the Promotion?

Australian residents who are aged 18 or over.

When is the Offer Period?

The Purchase Period commences on the 1st October 2023 and ends at 11:59pm AEDT 30th November 2023.

The Claim Period commences on the 1st October 2023 and ends at 11:59pm AEDT 31st January 2024.

What is the Bonus?

The Bonus is made up of Finish dishwasher products valued at over $150 (RRP), consisting of 1x Finish Rinse and Shine Aid 250ml, 2x Finish Dishwasher Deep Cleaners 250ml (either lemon or regular), 1x Finish Dishwasher Freshener, 1x Finish In-Wash Dishwasher Cleaner Tabs (three pack), 1x Finish Ultimate Plus Dishwasher Tablets Lemon (31 pack) and 1x Finish Ultimate Plus Dishwasher Tablets Fresh (31 pack) for each Eligible Appliance purchased during the Offer Period.

What do I need to purchase to claim the Bonus?

Purchase a Bosch dishwasher from a participating retailer between 1st October 2023 and 30th November 2023.

How do I claim the Bonus?

Register your claim online at www.boschpromotion.com.au by 31st January 2024.
In order to obtain the Bonus, the Online Form must be completed in full and must state the purchased Eligible Product’s model number, serial number, invoice/receipt number, name and location of the store where the purchase was made, as well as the Purchaser’s nominated Bonus delivery address and contact details. Claims must include a copy of the original invoice which clearly shows the Eligible Products purchased and paid for in full (balance owing $0) within the Promotional Period. Claims will not be accepted by post, email, fax or any other means.

How do I receive my Bonus?

The Bonus will be issued by post at the Purchaser’s nominated Bonus delivery address. It is the Purchaser’s responsibility to provide the correct delivery address and contact details. The bonus will be delivered within 60 days after validation of the claim. Claimants will be notified via e-mail once the claim has been processed and validated.

Which products are not eligible?

Ineligible Products means trade seconds, scratch and dent stock, discount clearance outlet purchases, ex-display or used stock.

Which purchases are not eligible?

Any project or commercial purchases, lay-bys or similar arrangements (unless initiated and paid for in full during the Offer Period), hire purchase or rental agreements, purchases made from the Promoter’s Employee Shop and returned purchases.

I have not received delivery yet, what should I do?

Register a claim through the Online Form by 31 January 2023 and select the ‘awaiting delivery’ option within the form. Following delivery of the Eligible Appliance(s), you will need to send the serial number of the Eligible Appliance(s) and your registered claim ID to enquiries@boschpromotion.com.au by the 30 April 2024 to finalise your claim.

I am having trouble entering the promotion, what could be wrong?

Ensure you have entered the correct information in all the fields on the entry form. If you have missed entering information or you have entered it incorrectly, please refer to the error messages that will appear when you try and submit your entry. You will not be able to submit your entry until all information has been correctly entered.
