Who can claim the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee?

Australian residents, who purchased an eligible vacuum cleaner within the last 30 days during the promotional period and is the end user of that product.

When is the Promotional Period?

The Promotional Period commences at 12:01am AEST 1st January 2022 and ends at 11:59pm AEST 31st December 2022.

What are the conditions for claiming the Money Back Guarantee?

To be eligible for the Offer, the vacuum cleaner must be trialled by the Purchaser for a minimum of 15 days. If you are not satisfied with the product after the 15 day period, you may raise a Money Back Guarantee claim.

How do I claim my 30 Day Money Back Guarantee?

Register your claim online at https://boschpromotion.com.au/30daymoneybackguarantee. In order to obtain the refund, the online form must be completed in full and must state the purchased Eligible Product's model number, invoice/receipt number, the Purchaser’s nominated bank account details, the name and location of the store where the purchase was made as well as the reason for returning the vacuum cleaner. Claims must include a copy of the original invoice which clearly shows the Eligible Product purchased and paid for in full (balance owing $0) within the Promotional Period. Claims will not be accepted by post, email, fax or any other means.

What happens after I submit my claim?

Once the claim is lodged, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. A representative will be in touch to arrange a collection date for your vacuum. You must make the product available for collection by the promoter or its agent. The refund will be processed within 60 days of the collection date of the product and will be issued by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) into your nominated Australian bank account. It is your responsibility to provide the correct details for the bank account for the payment to be paid into. You will be notified via e-mail once the claim has been processed and validated.

Which products are not eligible?

Any project or commercial purchases, trade seconds, scratched and dented stock, discount clearance outlet purchases, ex-display or used stock.

Which purchases are not eligible?

Any lay-bys or similar arrangements unless paid in full during the promotion period with the balance owing showing $0.00 before money back claim is lodged, hire purchase or rental agreements and purchases made directly from BSH Home Appliances Pty Ltd including the Employee Shop .

I am having trouble entering the promotion, what could be wrong?

Ensure you have entered the correct information in all the fields on the entry form. If you have missed entering information or you have entered it incorrectly, please refer to the error messages that will appear when you try and submit your entry. You will not be able to submit your entry until all information has been correctly entered.
